We spoke to Jason from Jason’s Print Solutions about his commercial printing business.


What sort of printing work do you specialise in?
As a print management company, we specialise in every aspect of printing. We help our clients market and grow their businesses by assisting them in producing full-colour brochures, newsletters, postcards and personalised direct mail. Other items include letterheads, business cards, envelopes, presentation folders … the list goes on.


How do you differentiate yourself from other printers?
We have been in operation for 20 years and in this time have retained good working relationships with our clientele. We have access to the best printers for your job at any location, and we can definitely reduce your printing costs. We also offer a guarantee of quality – if for some reason your printing is not up to standard… We’ll do it over!


What things should people look out for when choosing a printer?
You need to know if your local printer is qualified or equipped to do the job at task. Not all printers can do the same job based on the equipment they have. Some do ‘glossy’ full-colour work, while others only do invoice books. Some are much better at shorter runs, others very long runs. Good customer service and knowledge of the printed product is better to look for than just ‘the cheapest price’.


How do you find most of your customers for your business today?
Word of mouth, primarily. We have a lot of great clients who have recommended our business due to our good quality service as well as competitive pricing.
