We specialise in wedding photography throughout Victoria and all of Australia, but we also do parties and events. #### How many jobs have you quoted on? I’ve quoted on many jobs and had a fantastic response. I joined the site about a year ago and it’s really helped to build my business. I had a baby in January this year. I wanted to increase my photography work, and ServiceSeeking.com.au has been perfect in allowing me to be a mum and a successful business owner. #### How many new customers have you won? In 12 months, I’ve won about 15 new customers, which has helped create great word of mouth as well. #### Is ServiceSeeking.com.au successful in helping you win work? Yes. The quoting process is simple and gives me a chance to promote my business to people who may not otherwise have known about KT Pearl Photography. It opens up many new leads, and although I certainly don’t win every job I bid for, I win enough, and as I continue to get great feedback on my work, that rate increases. #### What other types of marketing does your business do? Internet advertising – does very little compared to ServiceSeeking.com.au I get the odd enquiry, but most of my work comes from ServiceSeeking.com.au and word of mouth. #### How do they compare to ServiceSeeking.com.au? They don’t. #### Any tips for new businesses? Just keep at it – don’t give up. There are up times and down times, but if you persevere and are honest and upfront, you will succeed. ## Similar posts General ### [Service Seeking’s Company Culture: Healthy & Happy](https://www.serviceseeking.com.au/business-success/blog/office-fruit-box) How we created a healthy company culture At ServiceSeeking.com.au we have a unique office culture.
