Do you sell or give my ID Check information to third parties or other companies?

How do I know you will keep my information private?

Why do you need a utility bill with my address?
It gives customers peace of mind to know that we have checked your name and address, and we know you exist in the real world. It also means we can mail you information if your email address or phone number changes.
Other organisations don’t need this much information from me. Why do you?

What if I don’t have a driver's licence or utility bill?
We just need any government-issued photo ID (e.g. proof of age card, passport) or birth certificate. In place of the utility bill, you can submit a phone bill or council rates notice that shows your address and has the same name on it as your other document. Any bills or notices should be from the last six months.
What if I don’t want to complete the ID Check?
The ID Check is a requirement for anyone wanting to quote on ServiceSeeking.com.au leads. If you don’t want to complete the ID Check, we can delete your account; just ask one of our staff.
