Honestly, I have to say that ServiceSeeking provides us with 70% of all our work. Yes, winning the job is challenging, but that only makes it interesting. ServiceSeeking is also very affordable compared with Yellow Pages and Google.
What are your top tips for success on the site?
Tips? It’s hard to say. If I give out my secret, then I won’t win any more jobs, hahaha!
Well, being responsive is my secret. As soon as a job comes through, I give them a call and offer a free quote. The quicker I do so, the better. Everyone loves a quick response.
Also, raise the benchmark and provide the customer with better services. It’s not only talk, but you have to show them what you can do to help them. We have something to prove, and that’s great service and value.
