How did you find ServiceSeeking.com.au?
I googled “house cleaner wanted in North Lakes”, and ServiceSeeking.com.au came up.
What job did you list?
I cleaned a house for my sister, who was immigrating to Australia, in a rented house, but the house that was given to us was very filthy with lots of dust and dirt everywhere.
What made you select Velmonte Cleaning?
It’s the first quote I received, and I was in a rush to get the job done before my sister’s family landed in Australia. I called and spoke to Anthony and he sounded very friendly, cooperative and easy-going. He agreed with everything I said.
Before talking to him, I would have spoken to approximately 8-10 cleaning agencies, and most of them were charging per hour or giving me a very fixed time, like 2.5 hours or something. They were also telling me a list of things that they won't do. But Anthony was the only person who told me that his cleaner would finish the job no matter how long it took, and in the end, I could inspect the property and even ask him to re-do some jobs if I wasn’t too happy with something! The charges will be fixed no matter how long it takes to do the job!

ABSOLUTELY! It was too good to believe! The cleaner came even 10 minutes before the scheduled time and did a sparkling clean job! He even cleaned the windows and doors, a big spa bath and bathtub and toilets, Fans in each room and steam cleaned using my steam mop (because they don’t steam mop carpets otherwise). When I went to inspect it, I noticed a little bit of dirt on the fan, and the moment I told him, he cleaned it immediately. I just couldn’t believe my eyes; he did such a great job.
