Information on how to cancel your paid subscription
From the My Account menu go to Payments and select the Options button next to your active membership product.
You just need to let us know why you're cancelling from the options provided. Make sure to complete the process until you see a confirmation that your membership has been cancelled.
To confirm you have cancelled your memberhsip successfully, please refresh the page - you should see the status of your membership is cancelled.
Cancelling your membership prevents future automatic renewals. You can continue to quote on new leads until your credit or membership runs out.
