After Accepting a lead on the website, we recommend following up with a customer by Phone Call or SMS message immediately, then again after day or two.
You'll win more work if you call the customer as soon as you get their contact details. If they've said they prefer to chat first, go to your Contacts and strike up a Chat conversation.
We recommend not calling too late or too early in the morning Between 8am and 8pm is a pretty safe bet.
