Instructions on how to respond to a review.
Customers can leave a business a star rating and optional comment. In some cases, their comments and star rating will not be positive. We know this is frustrating, especially when you thought your service deserved a better rating.
We encourage you to respond online to all reviews, good and bad, so that people browsing your Profile can see your side of the story.
Go to your Profile edit page, click on Reviews and click the "Reply" button.
We will not remove a star rating or comment unless:
- is it not the customer's genuinely held opinion,
- the customer did not receive any product or service from your business (this includes paying a deposit), and was instead motivated by a personal dislike of your business or its staff, or
- the review otherwise breaches our guidelines.
If you believe a review is fake, please email our support team (support@serviceseeking.com.au) so we can investigate.
