Do I have to do a Background Check?

Information about our mandatory Background Check

Yes, every business member MUST complete the Background Check before contacting customers through ServiceSeeking.com.au.

We match information from either your Government-issued Driver's Licence or Passport. This information is kept private and confidential.

Your documents are used in accordance with our privacy policy, are never shared publicly and are only used internally to confirm your identity.

If either documents are not available, you can send us two documents instead (We'll process these within 1 business day)

Document 1 can be your Australian Birth Certificate, Australian Medicare Card or Passport

Document 2 can be a Utility Bill, Council Rates Notice, Taxation Notice or Centrelink Statement issued in the last six (6) months.

The name on this document must match the name on Document 1.
