Information about suspended memberships
If you login to your account but your Payments page shows your membership is Suspended, it's usually due to a failed payment that needs to be reprocessed.
The Payments page should show the failed payment information and allow you to reprocess your payment. If the payment is successfully processed, your membership status will change to Active.
