Helping the CEO of ServiceSeeking with his clean

If the co-founder of ServiceSeeking.com.au won’t use his own website to hire tradies, something is wrong for sure. Mason was contacted by Jeremy Levitt, CEO of ServiceSeeking, who was moving out of his 6 bedroom apartment and wanted to ensure it was immaculately clean to get his bond back without any deductions.

Jeremy had been contacted by Mason through ServiceSeeking and hired him based on his fast response time, commitment to turn up on time, and his excellent reviews.

The Challenge

Mason’s primary objective was to assist Jeremy to move out of his apartment to get his bond back without any deductions.

Mason started by conducting a thorough walk-through of the property to identify areas that required special attention. He then created a tailored cleaning plan, ensuring that every nook and cranny of the apartment would be taken care of.

To ensure the perfect end of lease clean, Mason assembled a collection of high-grade cleaning equipment and environmentally friendly cleaning products.

Mason meticulously cleaned the entire apartment. From scrubbing tiles to dusting shelves, washing windows to polishing floors, he ensured that the apartment was spotless.

Final Inspection

Once the cleaning was done, Mason did a final inspection of the property to make sure that nothing was missed. He also invited Jeremy to inspect the property.

Client Feedback

Jeremy was absolutely thrilled with the results. Not only was the apartment spotless, but he also received her full bond back with no issues from the property manager.

Mason’s Top 5 End Of Lease Cleaning Tips

Mason recommends creating a checklist and planning your cleaning at least a week before the end of the lease.

Carpets often accumulate the most dirt and stains. Hire a professional or rent a carpet cleaner to deep clean them.

Clean the inside of appliances such as ovens and refrigerators, as these are often checked during the final inspection.

Dust and clean all window sills, and remove any marks from the walls with a magic eraser or mild cleaning solution.

After you’ve cleaned everything, do a final walk-through just like a property manager would. Be critical and fix any areas that might raise concerns.
